A California native by way of Las Vegas, Amber has proudly called Cecil County home for the past 20 years. She is a licensed REALTORⓇ with 14 years of experience, serving clients across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and holds Broker licenses in all three states.

She is the Owner and Broker of the Patterson-Schwartz Chesapeake City office, which she has successfully led for the past four years. Her commitment to the real estate industry extends beyond her brokerage—she currently serves as a Board Director for the Cecil County Board of Realtors, a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Chesapeake City, and a Governor-appointed Board Member of the Maryland State Board of On-Site Wastewater Professionals.
