Anne Peoples's Profile

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, I grew up moving every 2 years across the Eastern and Mid-West United States. As difficult as this was, it awarded me the opportunity of personal growth, becoming more self aware while learning to adjust to new situations by developing my soft skills. Skills like communication, flexibility and finding creative solutions. It also equipped me with an ability to read a situation and act. All skills essential for a successful realtor! I began my career, after graduating from U of D, in a family run construction company. My responsibilities included; prospecting and securing long term tenants in retail and industrial properties, comprehensive leasing, reviewing tenants’ contracts and securing vendor bids for renovations! My second career began in 2008 after completing my Doctorate in Education where I taught Business courses to Graduate and undergraduate students. In 2020, I RE entered the Real estate industry. My mission is to make your experience fruitful by offering comprehensive knowledge and advice to enhance profitability. In my spare time, I enjoy training, spending time with my fiance and Giant Schnauzer and gourmet cooking!
